Thank you for supporting Lapa Loma Illustrations.

Processing & Pre-Orders
All orders are currently fulfilled as pre-orders. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production and processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the product becomes available.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at lapalomaaah@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
