Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Lapa Loma Illustrations.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once items have been used or altered.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, uncolored, and in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused (no coloring or markings)

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Coloring books that have been used, colored in, or altered in any way

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Final sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at lapalomaaah@gmail.com.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all pre-orders are final as production begins.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
